Returns/Order Issues Policy


You may return (at your shipping expense) most new, unopened item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full credit on the product returned. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item(s), etc.) IF we request the item(s) to be returned.

Due to the cost of shipping, we may NOT request the incorrect or defective/damaged item(s), etc. be returned and we instead just issue a credit for missing, incorrect or defective/damaged item(s), etc.

*Any Order that is Returned to Sender due to UNDELIVERABLE will be credited back the Order Total LESS Shipping AND Return Shipping charge. IE, if Order Total was $150.00 which included the $20.00 shipping and the order was returned to us which our shipper charged us $25.00 return shipping, then the credit back would be $150.00-$20.00-$25.00=$105.00 credit for that Order.*

You should expect to receive your credit within a month of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our credit request (5 to 10 business days).

Although we can ship to virtually any address in the world, we currently ship within the U.S. and are working with our Shipping Providers to ship to International Countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations and therefore we will update our list of SHIP TO Countries at checkout.  So upon checkout, after you have chosen your Country, it will inform you if we ship to that Country or not. Also keep in mind that we do NOT have the ability to calculate Tariffs / Customs fees that may be accessed/added by the Destination Country and Shipper upon entry to that country and that is solely controlled/calculated by the Destination Country and Shipper and therefore we do NOT charge any Tariffs / Customs fees.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and are heavy. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies, the Order Total Weight is calculated by adding the weight of all item(s) in the order and rounded up to the next full pound.

*Before an Order is placed, our system will calculate the Order Total Weight and available Shipping Provider options based on the Item(s) being ordered and the SHIP TO Destination(s). Our system is integrated with our Shipping Providers accounts (UPS, FedEx, etc.), therefore the shipping quotes and delivery dates that are provided are direct from the Shipping Provider, which calculates based on Order Total Weight and SHIP TO Destination(s), and we have NO control over the Shipping Providers shipping quotes and delivery dates, ONLY what Shipping Providers are available. Depending on the Shipping Provider you choose, shipping date estimates may/may NOT appear on the shipping quotes page.*

**Any Order that is Returned to Sender due to UNDELIVERABLE will be handled as stated above in the RETURNS/ORDER ISSUES SECTION.**
